Where do you ship?
Reboot ships to all the states in India, excluding Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. Please visit each product page to check if we deliver to your pin code.
When will my order ship?
Reboot orders may ship at any time after purchase. Products leave inventory as fast as possible and rely on delivery partners to reach customers. The entire shipment process can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your door, depending on the time items were ordered, the delivery destination, and the shot(s) chosen.

How are my items shipped?
Reboot partners with multiple carriers to provide the best shipping experience. Depending on your delivery address, our shots will usually ship via ShipRocket, in a cardboard box. In some cases, your order will be shipped via alternative local carriers. You may receive ice packs or not, but rest assured your shots are safe to drink either way. Please refrigerate the shots after opening.
Returns And Refund
All online sales are final. Due to the complex shipping and packaging requirements for Reboot shots, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order or if any items are missing, please email help@rebootme.store . We’ll do everything we can to make it up to you.
